An Eagle, swooping down on powerful wings, seized a lamb in her talons and made off with it to her nest. A Jackdaw saw the deed, and his silly head was filled with the idea that he was big and

mighty enough to challenge the mighty eagle. Ignoring the warnings of the wise elders in the forest, the Jackdaw decided to confront the eagle and reclaim the stolen lamb.

Undeterred by the apparent mismatch in size and strength, the Jackdaw flew up to the eagle’s nest, perched on a branch, and cawed loudly, demanding the return of the lamb. The eagle, amused by the audacity of the small bird, listened patiently before responding with a majestic voice, “Little Jackdaw, you dare challenge the king of the skies? I suggest you reconsider before you face consequences beyond your understanding.”

But the Jackdaw, fueled by pride and the desire to prove himself, remained resolute. The forest animals gathered below, their eyes wide with disbelief and anticipation. The eagle, sighing at the Jackdaw’s stubbornness, decided to teach the small bird a lesson.
