After several exciting dates, Jim invited Tina over to his house for a home-cooked dinner. When she sat down at the table, she noticed that the dishes were the dirtiest she had ever seen in her life. Bits of food were crusted onto the plates, and the silverware looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Tina hesitated, unsure whether to say something or just try to look past it.

Jim noticed her hesitation and quickly said, “Oh, don’t worry about the dishes, Tina. They’re as clean as Soap and Water can get them.”

Tina raised an eyebrow but decided not to comment further. Instead, she focused on the delicious aroma of the food Jim had prepared. He had cooked a beautiful roast chicken with vegetables and homemade bread. Despite her initial discomfort, Tina decided to give Jim the benefit of the doubt and enjoy the meal.
