old woman sighed, her hands trembling slightly as she clutched the handle of her worn purse. She glanced around the bustling bank lobby, feeling a bit out of place among the younger, more tech-savvy customers. With a resigned nod, she thanked the teller and shuffled towards the ATM in the corner.

As she approached the machine, her heart sank. She had never been comfortable with technology, and the thought of navigating the complex screens filled her with anxiety. Taking a deep breath, she tentatively inserted her bank card into the slot and followed the instructions on the screen.

But try as she might, she couldn’t seem to get the hang of it. The buttons were too small, the text too confusing. Frustration mounted as she fumbled with the keypad, her fingers feeling clumsy and uncoordinated.
